10/15/23 After four days of calling and waiting on hold for five minutes just to hear a record saying they are to busy call back later. Today I was able to leave a message. I asked to be called back I will keep u posted on that.I didn't get what I ordered and want to know why they r saying the THC levels r higher than they really are giving you.10/12/23. I did a preorder on the website. It said what I was getting was 26% and that's what they told me when I picked it up and they put the sticker on it.I thought everything was fine until two days later when I looked at the package. It has two stickers that say it's only 20%. Which I would not have bought. I try calling but they haven't been answering the phones for about two months now. I don't know what to do about this. I am not happy at all.Last time I complained through email they stopped sending my emails about their deals. This is classic bait and switch and I don't know if I will ever come back even thinking about taking down my tictok of going their. I wish someone would contact me on this.** 2/5/23 I absolutely love natures on Grand they've got the best deals in the valley nowhere else can you get $50 half oz every day that's right everyday it's awesome. They've got a great first time customer offer where you bring in someone that's never been there and both of you get a free 8th. I don’t usually leave reviews, I just tend to not return to places.

This specific location is the closets dispensary to my residence. It is easily the most convenient in my daily routine yet I tend regularly to travel around 15 minutes in either direction to go elsewhere. I am done being disappointed with this location and will never come back.

Every time I have gone in i have asked specifically for Indica or sativa and stated clearly I don’t want hybrids. Every time they “ensure” me that the strains they are giving me are 100% one or the other. As soon as I go home I go to the growers websites and look at their breakdowns of the strains. EVERY time I am given hybrids. Today was no different. One of the strains I got was a pure 50/50 hybrid even though she told me it was Indica. I know strains can be claimed as sativa or Indica if they are a leaning hybrid, but I was told a 50/50 was an Indica…

If you don’t have the product someone is looking for then say so. Had you not had it I would have been able to make the decision for myself if I wanted to deal with the inconvenience of driving somewhere else or just sucking it up for this one purchase and taking what was available. It’s possible she didn’t hear me, but if that’s the case it’s due to the fact that the service tenders are only passively listening to their guests while they talk to the tender next to them cracking jokes and being distracted.

So at first I wasn’t really appreciating this place and if I gave it a review at the time, it would be lower rated (I probably did lol), but the more I visit the more I feel comfortable here.

At first I was upset about their pre order method…I guess I thought a pre order was for the convenience of zipping in and out, including with a minor. I have done it in other dispensaries when I have no babysitter, BUT I called ahead TO THOSE making sure their pre orders allowed that; so by the time I pre ordered here for the first time, I ASSUMED it was the same here and didn’t call ahead; at that point I already had it in my head that preorders ran the same everywhere.

So imagine my surprise when I come in with my toddler to pick up my preorder and get us kicked out LOL

So that’s my only “complaint” about this place because there’s been SO many times I could even bike me and my toddler there to pick up my stuff real quick because we live so close but the preorder system doesn’t allow for it. So I end up typically going to other locations that allow me to zip through with my child if I plan accordingly. I just take visits here when my little one is visiting others and make a little trip out of it by walking lol
