Poor customer service from a gentleman with a beard braid. Tractor supply has a price match policy that states they will price match sale prices, and this one has price matched a sales price from Menards for me in the past, but this rude employee told me they wouldn't do it. After a call to the manager, they decided they would do the price match at the normal price. Well, the employee that was taking care of things continued to be rude and have an attitude, and by the time I got up to check out, I was frustrated enough that I told them I just wanted to return it. The store is very clean and the employees are courteous and helpful. The heating system is enough scare the crud out of you the first time it travels down its tube tho. Overall it's a nice store just a bit out of the way unlike others. They are open later and that's a plus. They have had what I needed almost everytime.
