Kris was absolutely fantastic. I had a problematic dress strap that kept coming out of a shoddy clasp. Kris took one look at it and knew how he wanted to secure it. He offered to do the other strap (for symmetry) at no extra charge.

I was prepared to leave the dress but he said, if you can stay 10 min, I can knock this out fast so you don't have to make several trips - and he did!!
