I moved and ordered it for same day. 4 guys showed up and told me they can't hook up my service and they had to dig a line in the ground but couldn't do it until 2 months later. I tried getting a temp set up and customer service just kept giving me the run around and never came to do anything. I obviously went with someone else's service and now am stuck in a contract. Spectrum has still yet to even call, email or tell me anything 2 months later. Thanks for nothing! I hate this company and they have no customer support. I don't even understand how it's legal anymore what the cable company and stands do. Monopoly I believe is the name of it. I suggest you stay away from spectrum as they are out for one thing. Several of the bad reviews are for Spectrum Cable, this is Spectrum Diversified, and they sell very nice products. I have their stainless steel bowl, which is one of the deepest bowls you can find. It measures 11" wide by 6-1/2" high. It's a beautiful bowl that can be purchased on Spectrum/Tovolo or on Amazon. Their kitchen items are reasonably priced & if there is a need for Customer Service, they are very responsive. My question was quickly answered by Laura.
