"I had such an amazing experience with the Loess Hills Harley Davidson, when purchasing my very first motorcycle. Being a single female, that has never bought a motorcycle before, I was naturally hesitant on how I might be treated/judged when I showed up to purchase a bike. From the get go, the entire team was AWESOME! Ryan called me within about 20 minutes of my initial email inquiry. He offered to stick around the store for me to come in and look at the bike last minute. When I got there, I was greeted not just by Ryan, but by some of the other team members, and everyone made me feel so welcome. The process was thoroughly explained to me, including the bike itself. Justin who handled my paperwork was great about explaining the process and welcomed me to the family. The ladies behind the counter seemed genuinely excited for me when I was introduced to them. And even Harley when he dropped the bike off at my house, went out of his way to be friendly, courteous and once again, welcomed me to the HD family. I was initially signed up for the new rider course at an Omaha HD store, but after this experience with the Loess Hills store, I am hoping to take the course with these folks instead! (Even though it is a 40 minute drive for me-it will be worth it!) I was so pleased with the service and attention I received from these guys and gals, I want to go back to them for my riding class. I've already told several friends THIS IS WHERE THEY NEED TO GO WHEN THEY GET THEIR NEXT or FIRST BIKE! Thank you so much Ryan and the rest of the Loess...
Read moreNot a fan. Found a bike I loved. 2017 FLHXS Street Glide Special. Was listed for $23,990. They touted themselves the most competitive pricing because they have to be to get people to come from the city to see them. I found the exact same bike for $4200 less in Norman, OK. To be transparent, the one in Oklahoma had 30k miles and the one here had 19k. Not a big deal on a Harley though. I tried to negotiate with them. Told them I would love to take the bike off their hands, but I wanted to meet in the middle on price. Considering shipping from OK would be about $1000, I offered $22,400 and also put $3,000 down. Offered to look into HD financing and HD insurance because I know they get kick backs from HD when customers do that. That’s fair. Their whole attitude changed. They weren’t willing to do anything more than give me $500 off because I was a veteran. Out the door price of $24,300 after their dealer, doc and prep fees. I get they must have over paid on this bike for trade in. But when the competition that you tell me you look at has you undercut by 20%. Maybe whoever is in charge of trades should be reevaluated. Don’t worry. I have the whole convo screenshot in case they want to rebuttal this. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Good Day Loess Hills...

My first contact was with Becca when I was looking online and asking questions. I was never pressured or bombarded with emails or phone calls like a lot of places do. Communication was easy and I was informed about what was going to happen and the contacts to expect. When I arrived at LHHD, I met with Becca who was able to hook me up with Ryan. He was able to take me to the bike I had looked at online, give me the rundown on the bike and talk me through what they needed to do. He was friendly and knowledgeable and stuck with me throughout my visit and paperwork. I worked with Lisa and her assistance on getting gear picked out. They were awesome in running to get sizes and making recommendations, including getting proper fitting helmets for us. Amanda worked with me on the financial aspect of the day. She was awesome, incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, explained everything in plain English, and ensured that I understood everything that was happening and everything I was signing. Overall, no matter where you are at making the trip to Loess Hills HD is...
