"I had such an amazing experience with the Loess Hills Harley Davidson, when purchasing my very first motorcycle. Being a single female, that has never bought a motorcycle before, I was naturally hesitant on how I might be treated/judged when I showed up to purchase a bike. From the get go, the entire team was AWESOME! Ryan called me within about 20 minutes of my initial email inquiry. He offered to stick around the store for me to come in and look at the bike last minute. When I got there, I was greeted not just by Ryan, but by some of the other team members, and everyone made me feel so welcome. The process was thoroughly explained to me, including the bike itself. Justin who handled my paperwork was great about explaining the process and welcomed me to the family. The ladies behind the counter seemed genuinely excited for me when I was introduced to them. And even Harley when he dropped the bike off at my house, went out of his way to be friendly, courteous and once again, welcomed me to the HD family. I was initially signed up for the new rider course at an Omaha HD store, but after this experience with the Loess Hills store, I am hoping to take the course with these folks instead! (Even though it is a 40 minute drive for me-it will be worth it!) I was so pleased with the service and attention I received from these guys and gals, I want to go back to them for my riding class. I've already told several friends THIS IS WHERE THEY NEED TO GO WHEN THEY GET THEIR NEXT or FIRST BIKE! Thank you so much Ryan and the rest of the Loess...

Not a fan. Found a bike I loved. 2017 FLHXS Street Glide Special. Was listed for $23,990. They touted themselves the most competitive pricing because they have to be to get people to come from the city to see them. I found the exact same bike for $4200 less in Norman, OK. To be transparent, the one in Oklahoma had 30k miles and the one here had 19k. Not a big deal on a Harley though. I tried to negotiate with them. Told them I would love to take the bike off their hands, but I wanted to meet in the middle on price. Considering shipping from OK would be about $1000, I offered $22,400 and also put $3,000 down. Offered to look into HD financing and HD insurance because I know they get kick backs from HD when customers do that. That’s fair. Their whole attitude changed. They weren’t willing to do anything more than give me $500 off because I was a veteran. Out the door price of $24,300 after their dealer, doc and prep fees. I get they must have over paid on this bike for trade in. But when the competition that you tell me you look at has you undercut by 20%. Maybe whoever is in charge of trades should be reevaluated. Don’t worry. I have the whole convo screenshot in case they want to rebuttal this. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Good Day Loess Hills...

"From my first contact with the team at Loess Hills HD to the final signing on my bike, everything was and everyone was awesome. My first contact was with Becca when I was looking online and asking questions. I was never pressured or bombarded with emails or phone calls like a lot of places do. Communication was easy and I was informed about what was going to happen and the contacts to expect. When I arrived at LHHD, I met with Becca who was able to hook me up with Ryan. He was able to take me to the bike I had looked at online, give me the rundown on the bike and talk me through what they needed to do. He was friendly and knowledgeable and stuck with me throughout my visit and paperwork. I worked with Lisa and her assistance on getting gear picked out. They were awesome in running to get sizes and making recommendations, including getting proper fitting helmets for us. Amanda worked with me on the financial aspect of the day. She was awesome, incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, explained everything in plain English, and ensured that I understood everything that was happening and everything I was signing. Overall, no matter where you are at making the trip to Loess Hills HD is...

I know that this is been a really tough year for many people across the country and around the world, And I’m sure that many Harley Davison dealerships has not been spared at all. I could go on in and tell you so many reasons why my girl and I decided to breakout of this lockdown and travel around the country but I’ll spare you that bedtime story. Instead what I will tell you is we wanted to get out and see many of the dealerships we never been to before around the country so we can report to many of our friends and colleagues the status of not only our country and how the people are doing but also where some of our favorite destinations can always be found. ( A.k.a. Harley-Davidson dealerships). Regarding “Loess Hills” dealership... We found your crews to be friendly without being overbearing or pushy. Professional and informative of their product and local events and history. Overall we found our visit to be pleasant and inviting, encouraging us to return on our next pass to this part of the country and with a little bit of luck a few friends in toe! Thank you for the great experience and we wish you all the best until next time. ~Vince

This bike deal started when Nycole sent me a note on FB marketId been kicking the idea around of downsizing/trading. Took a ride to see Joe and Tony (the enablers) of all things wonderful about motorcycle discussions. Then, i ran into old acquaintance Glen, and while having our chat on our way through service to the toybox, I see some big ugly motorcycle I dont need whatsoever. But of course I inquire about it…Glen and Dan took some time, and we made it work logically for both parties on a trade. Dealing locally and having dealer support becomes an important factor as we progress into the hobby and/or lifestyle. Lots of choices locally, so visiting and supporting the passionate guys/gals like Joe, Tony, Glenn holding on through thick and thin tells you its enthusiast-employees that keep us coming back to events and to buy these beauties. Im happy to be a returning customer.

"Two Floods and Now a World Wide Pandemic Whats Next? I bought my 2009 HD Heritage Softail Classic in 2018 in between the two devastating floods of 2018 that forced Loess Hills Harley Davidson to move out of their beautiful building site in Pacific Junction Iowa and into Temporary Location in Glennwood Iowa which was the location they were at when I traded my 2003 Sporster in and got my new beauty. Gary Chase and the guys working with him were great, Correction are great to work with, their commitment to help you leave with your dream bike will blow you away, If your tired of poor attitude dealers who don't care about their customers, Go see the Guy's out at Loess Hills Harley Davidson in Pacific Junction Ia They'll treat you like part of the family!
