I would like to give a review of the work that I had done at Franktronics in the last week. I brought Franktronics a box of parts to assemble a computer for me - about 2400 dollars of parts in total that I had hand picked for thier specs and their compatability. Frank talked to me and assigned a tech to my case, named Jeff. Jeff took all of the information and gave me a quote with a timeline. On time, I was called and I went to pick up my new Desktop PC. He had a box filled with my boxes, a list of what he did to the unit on an invoice, and told me a concern he had with Windows 10. We discussed it - I was not happy with how Windows installed itself (in short I loathe One Drive) and he reinstalled Windows with a workaround fix. I went in the next day - we went over everything - and I took my baby home. I have not turned it on yet (tomorrow is the day) but I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service Franktronics gave me. The PC looks perfect, all concerns were related to me, the cords are well arranged and the install looks clean. The amount of notation is incredible and I paid under 150 dollars for this service. Microcenter (3 hour drive north of here) does less work to assemble a PC for customers for 250 dollars. I kept my money local, I had incredible service, and I have a warranty on work from a local repair shop. Please do not hesitate to use Franktronics - I will be...

Why Franktronics? That's easy; Franktronics came highly recommended by two very reliable sources who use them exclusively for their office networks along with their personal needs. I value these two businesses and their honest inputs and went to Franktronics based on their highest recommendation.
Turn around time and service were both well within reason and I am very happy with the service provided.
Franktronics is my go-to computer tech...
Read moreVery disappointed in the results I got. First of all they told me if they needed to re-solder it that it would take about a day to dry. I know electronics, solder takes SECONDS to dry, especially soldering just one thing. they ended up epoxying it which was okay but it's so still i'm afraid to break my charger cord pulling it out or plugging it in. Also, now my keyboard is wavy. Even though I asked them to fix an external problem, all of my internet history, cookies, favorites, and google chrome accounts are gone as if they uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still can't believe they charged me $60 for...
