I would never book a party here after the experience we had last night! I attended a 50th surprise birthday last night and the two miserable bartenders Debbie and Linda were the absolute worst! They were so miserable looking the entire night, they acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered and looked so annoyed the entire night from start to finish! The party hosts who booked the hall are literally the sweetest family, very generous, and have been booking parties there for years! They made sure to offer the bartenders a break and food from the buffet and the two bartenders looked so ungrateful and disgusted……. There was a buffet from mission bbq and they acted like they were offered prison slop! Every single person at the party who got drinks had a negative experience with them even causing some people to leave early! And even during the party the person whose birthday it was tipped them 100 bucks! You would think their attitudes would have improved, but no, they insisted on pulling the host aside and started demanding she do things that were not part of the contract that was signed to book the party. There were 5 people there to witness that. They spent a good 5k on that party there only to have those two salty wenches ruin the experience. They need to hire new bartenders or allow people to have their own there. They were forced to use those two off putting women that they didn’t even...

I absolutely would not refer anyone here. They are so nice to you when you are reserving the venue but that all changes on the day of your event. We were told the reservation included water. My husband asked for a bottle of water and he was told they only supply soda. My son called the lady who we reserved with and she came to the venue looking like she was going to fight someone. She wanted to know who said the bartender said no water because they provide water out of the tap. I told her the bartender did not explain that, all he said was we only provide soda. She made a scene about it in front of guests. The decorator was not allowed to collect her things via the front door although that is how she brought them in. She was told very rudely that she had to bring them down the back stairs and through the bar. The decorator often refers venues to clients and she stated she would never refer this place.They reserve for 4 hrs but want you to start cleaning up a half an hour before so you only have the venue for 3 1/2 hours. This proved not to be enough time for a baby shower and we chose to extend by an extra hour. We were charged $175 on the spot. When we returned home that night we noticed on the contract they had listed the price for an extended hours $125 per hour. She overcharged us $50. I attended a baby shower this weekend at this location and was somewhat surprised. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a strong musky odor, mixed with a heavy cigarette smell. The bathroom did not appear to be very clean and the place appeared run down. What surprised me the most was the way the hosts were treated by the lady who was in charge. There had been a question regarding some of the refreshments and she came up to address it. Her demeanor was uncalled for. She seemed to raise her voice and was rude to the hosts mother. As a representative of the establishment she leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention, she was very unprofessional. She then sat with the bartender and seemed to be looking at everyone and talking about them. The hosts seemed stressed afterwards, unable to enjoy the rest of their evening.
