I spent 3 hours picking out stones intended to make a big purchase around $15,000. As I sat down trying to compare prices between the raw stone, I gone inpatient with their math skills. It's common sense to me but it's impossible to tell them what I'm seeing when it comes to computation. So I tried to teach them why is it important to include the entire unt behind each numbers, as that's how Physics was taught everyone for centuries globally. It's cognitive work to compare km to miles, and they will make things easier to compare if they simply provide both values together. The shop owner seems to be triggered when I said to him that he felt threatened by me as an intelligent women, that he doesn't listen to me. And I told him should chill out as I'm trying to tell this frog that's stuck in the bottom of a well on where to climb out. He's too afraid to feel inspired and creative by this unexpected exposure to things he doesn't already know. To my surprise he really insisted in kicking me out and threaten to call the police. He misunderstood my fast talking speed as the emotion anger, even though I wasn't experiencing any anger at all. He can't make sense of my ability predicting what he has to say before he finished the sentence as an act of aggression and disrespect, even though I explain I talk to computers all day that's why I'm too fast for him. I even disclosed my medical privacy to him that I ran out of abilify, lamictal and valium so I couldn't sleep all night last night. I have a biological disability and Im not teaching him math to attack him. I tried my best explain to him what is bipolar mania that I have no intention to cause him any harm, I'm asking asking his shop to include the "price per weight" information on their products to help me make decisions in one unit. I'm fluent in English and have 2.5 degrees in science, but I guess I still only know how to talk to other scientists bc this is the first real live exposure I have to anyone working in the mining industry. This shop does not know how to NOT view my peaceful and joyful presence of a creative artist talking crazy fantasty ideas of how the future of humanity will be like as a threat. I don't exist in the same mental world as them even if Im physical right next to them. I hope they can become aware of this feature of humanity some day as they learn more about more people that's not them. I feel good about having made this trip though. I was able to make some of the ladies that's been in a bad mood since I walk in to start giving me smiles by the time I left. This place treat their female employees with unconscious emotional aggression that I would consider to be abusive and violent. But it takes a lot of self love to admit other people's aggression are wrong to a victim. Admit victimhood means you're admitting you're part of a crime. This place is a place that's emotionally abusive and exploitative, and they felt justice about their exploitive thinking patterns. I literally put it in plain English: I have ideas to make your rocks worth 100 time more, are you willing to stretch your mind. I even told him to sleep on it. I literally put it into plain English so he is aware of my challenge. Maybe he tried but mayhe he just dont know hiw to process it in his brain. Creativity is a skill. A creative mental space is a much more secure asset in our future with AI, compare to owning our mother earth like she’s a dead thing. It's unfortunate this area is far from ready to scale their industry, and doesn't realize they need to remove the jail they put in their mind. Born in America does not mean you understand what freedom of mind means. Freedom of imagination is still an abstract concept to these people, and I hope one day they get to feel it in their body. I wanted to drive back to pay ladies helped me with counting the stones, since I didn’t gey to spend any money. I thought about driving back to pay tips for ladies helping me 2 hours later. So I wish to send my gratitude to those ladies thru this msg and wish they notice why they’re unhappy there.

This is a great place to get rough turquoise. They all the kingsman varieties and others as available such as Number 8. They also have things like rough cut, stabilised coral. Endless options of Kingman cabochons, and beads….. so many beads. They also have ready to wear jewellery. Good prices and a helpful staff that is not too pushy. It’s about an hour and a half outside of Las Vegas and just off the old route 66 running through Northwestern Arizona. If you liked turquoise at all then this is a place you should make a stop if you’re ever in that area it’s worth the trip.

Wow 😲 this family owned business truly remarkable. Variety in look, quality, preparation... Whatever kind of turquoise you need, they have it. Just remember to bring bags of cash or at least a loaded card, because these pretties are not cheap. It's a dazzling display, I highly recommend stopping in. Be patient with their strange hours, I can't say how many times it didn't work out, until it did. Just keep in mind their main business is the mine, the shop is worth the wait or the planning... It may take...
