Man, how do I rave in a way that does this place justice? This is, hands down, the best butcher I’ve ever worked with. I’ve lived in Portland, San Francisco, Hoboken, and NYC and this little shop outside of Kinston has them all beat. If you’re looking for an unimposing hole in the wall with hot sausage that’ll knock your socks off, this shop is for you.

My family has been going to this very butcher shop for years my dad was friends with the previous owners son before he got killed and that’s when the family sold it to the people who own it now
