My husband and I stopped by Daniel's Furniture on our way home from the beach to take a look at the "Puffy" mattresses (no retail store close to us selling that brand). I had been looking at the Puffy Royal online for a few weeks & had several questions. Bryan was so kind & personable and answered all of our questions. He even called a co-worker who owns a Puffy mattress for one of the questions and put her on speaker phone so I could hear her answer. With the offer Bryan gave us for the Puffy Royal mattress, 2 pillows & 2 sets of sheets, we left the store spending much less money than we would have if purchased online. Plus - we brought it all home that day in our SUV! Bottom line - no pressure friendly offer & sales AND money saved!! They even gave us 2 Daniel's Furniture t-shirts & a warning about an accident on our route home, including a suggested alternative route. First off great Salesperson Jimmy&owner Bryan creates very welcoming atmosphere in the store you will feel right at home.Purchased a chair in stock delivered the same day.I then ordered 2 custom Bradington Young custom pieces recliner and loveseat absolutely satisfied with the quality and a fairly priced.Only reason I didn't give 5 star is when lady in office calls me last week to say my loveseat had arrived and did I want to take care of the balance which I had no problem doing.I had asked about the recliner I had ordered a week before the loveseat and she said let me check and informed me the recliner had already been delieverd to store earlier and they must have held back on delievering it until loveseat arrived.I was threw back by this I spent a ton on these two pieces and made me feel like they were skimping so only have to make 1 delievry instead of 2 even thow I live 10 minutes from their store.Other than that great place to buy and...

I don’t know where to start other than this is the best service and experience I’ve had (not just furniture shopping) in a long time. I drove to Daniel’s which is 1 hour away looking for a specific item. We are outfitting a new home and there were so many bad experiences with big brand furniture stores delivering damaged furniture, repeatedly. Daniel’s Furniture had a ton of inventory, with high quality, competitive pricing, and even better personable and customer friendly experience.
