There was no hold. They had me there for an hour and almost refused to give me what I just paid for TWICE. In their defense, they admitted they were "a bunch of crooks", but I thought they were joking. My sectional was torn between the pillow, and the loaders sweat was all over my new couch. My kitchen table set was chipped, and I was told about this right before they were loading my furniture.
