I worked with Charles to have Morton Buildings do the exterior construction of my new home. I acted as my general contractor and contracted out my work for electric, plumbing, and HVAC, while doing all of the unlicensed work myself (framing, drywall, trim, etc). Morton and Charles had no issue with it, and worked closely with me to resolve any issues I had in a very timely manner. I would and have recommended...
