We had gone there to see a waterfall which was fairly small. As my 6 year old granddaughter aptly remarked, "We came all the way here to see this!" It was car week though and we saw a whole lot of Porches, a few Ferraris, one Bugatti, a couple of Lamborghinis and quite a few BMWs buzzing around.

I would like to say that Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park Vista Point is the most beautiful place I have seen in the US so far, after living here for 24 years. You can park in the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park parking lot off CA-1 (left turn if you're going south and right turn if you're going north) for easy and immediate trail access.
