Rude! Un helpful. I walked in to buy work boots asked for georgia boots the lady replies we dont carry those. She shows me where the womens steel toe boots are only 3 brands i buy timberlands for 120.00 wear one day the make of the boot causes a huge blister on back of both heels! I return for refund and they will not give me any money back say i can swap them they have georgia boots! Well okay i get upstairs ask for georgia boots they say we dont have any! I reply i was told you do! Ahe ahows me 3 pair nome my size but aince i cant get a refund i jave to get them anyway. Now im wearing boots to small which are killing my feet! Its rediculous. This is the best place to shop for boots. Real boots...the kind that you'll want to be buried in, not the slabs of cheap pairs you'll find at the big box stores. Fantastic selection and fair prices. We drove from West Tennessee and were not disappointed. Seriously, Jack's has more boots in his clearance room than you'll find in Boot Barn. The largest selection of Lucchese Classics this side of Texas. I cannot overstate the sheer selection of western footwear in this store. It's amazing.

I found some expensive boots online that I had been looking high and low for and of course I was nervous about making the purchase online from a company I wasn’t familiar with.
