I have been dealing with this hospital since 2012 or so. I switched doctors and thought using the er for emergency only would be ok. Years later, last night, I ended up at the ER. If you have PTSD drive 30minutes to a different hospital. If you don't tolerate disrespect drive 30 minutes to a different hospital... Seriously unless you're unconscious and have no say in the matter drive the 30 minutes to a different hospital. However, Whoever Dr. Steve was last night thank you! You were the only logical thinking person in the er last night, not only were you gentle but very business and got the job done! You sir must not be from Goodland. I'd go to your website and leave an amazing review if the nurses had been a little bit not thinking that they're God's Gift to the sick. Just too bad it's like gladiator night getting through the nurses to see you. You are the only reason they got the second star. I won't ever use...

I was traveling from Colorado to Kansas City, when I had a medical emergency in Goodland. I was so incredibly grateful there was a 24 hour emergency room available to me. I can’t express how amazing the staff was during my two day stay. Paul and Jeff, in the ER, were calming and reassuring. Paul was so kind and sat with me, chatting to help calm me down. I was alone and this was so helpful for my anxiety. Both Paul and Jeff checked in on me the next day. My floor nurses, Stacy and Tonia, were equally wonderful. Stacy celebrated with me when my problem resolved itself and she was so mellow and calming. The aids were very attentive and kind as well. I appreciate this hospital and their marvelous...

I went there in the evening and I was the only person in there... Then someone else came in by ambulance and they totally ignored me after that. My IV slipped out of my vein and it hurt and. I told but they were so busy with the other person that they left it in my arm the whole time. Also, the doctor told the nurse to give me meds and she was so busy with the other person that she forgot and the doctor said it again and she forgot again. I ended up being there until at least midnight. I felt ignored. I felt unimportant the whole time. I suggest they put more people on staff because it was ridiculous. I will try to avoid them again and go to the VA instead. That's...
