Holmes Community College — Local services in Goodman

The utter disregard and unprofessional approach of the Ridgeland campus of Holmes Comunity Collage is nothing short of repulsive. I'm in the process of trying to completely withdraw for this school and ovbiously they're too concerned with getting my collage tuition, that my parents worked their asses off to save for me, for Mrs. Judy Hemphill (the Adminissions Representitive) to answer my email regarding the process that I need to go through to completely withdraw myself from this mediocre school. There is an appalling disregard for the situations of students, let alone the "help" they want to falsely advertise that they provide. Don't bother wasting your time trying to get in contact with anyone after you have enrolled, you'll rarely get a response. This school may look nice on the outside, and my put on the front of being a fantastic collage, but I assure you that it is nothing short of a sorry excuse of a middle school that's trying to pass itself off as an Comunity College. Do not waste your time applying, and don't lose your hard earned money on this pathetic excuse...

This school well the Goodman campus at least is a JOKE! Attempting to deal with the unprofessional staff is very time consuming and frustrating. One can only assume some of the women in the admissions and financial aid office are hardly qualified nor do they appreciate their jobs, but that is merely an opinion of mine. The staff does not have a sense of urgency they complete things at their leisure. So if you have a time sensitive matters this is it not the school to attend. Every time I call to speak to someone I get rude individuals. Avoid this school attend JSU instead. I wish I would have submitted my information to JSU instead I would have completed 2...

I was a student there back in 2012 but because of my living situation i had to withdraw i was told that because i was withdrawing with in the withdrawal date i wouldn't owe any thing no keep in mind this was back in 2012!! An Im now trying to attend another college where i currently live called them to get information from them as i was told from the college I'm trying to attend and i was told they can't give me the information i need because i owe them close too 2000 dollars I'm beyond pissed at this point i haven't heard from this school since Aug of 2012 and now all of a sudden i owe yall you have got to be kidding me i will be contacting the better...
