Without a doubt Andy’s service was TOP notch.

When I initially contacted Andy, I was quickly responded to. He asked clarifying questions about my appliance and we set a day/time for him to come by. He was prompt in his arrival keeping me updated to his day should anything change allowing him to come sooner. In order to be efficient, he asked me to have the appliance ready for inspection.

He checked it out, replaced a part and thought the problem was fixed and left. After three days we realized the problem had not been solved. Side note: I was delayed in contacting him to tell him it wasn’t cooling as it should be. I contacted Andy and he came right back. Andy reevaluated and ultimately FIXED the problem same day.

The appliance is a bonus refrigerator in our garage. It’s not new, but that didn’t stop Andy. He was up for the challenge.

He was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and honest in his evaluation.

I appreciate how responsive Andy was and value his expertise.

Edited to say: I don’t understand why a few people are upset in their reviews that he sends out his terms and that he’d ask his customers to agree to them before doing work. He’s a PROFESSIONAL RUNNING A BUSINESS. He was fair in his pricing and upfront with his terms.

Charge $40 just to show up which I had no problem with. Explained that our water line to the fridge had water but it wasn’t running through the fridge. All he was concerned about was me agreeing to the repair fee before he even looked at the problem. Per their “agreement” they text to you and make you reply to, they won’t even do a diagnostic until you agree to pay their price. Of course the present terms, they might not even fix the issue. I explained that I felt this was backwards since he couldn’t even tell me if he could fix it and he said that’s how he does business.
