When I went in the did a business credit report and saw my business doesn't have a credit history because it was a new business. They wanted a $1000 dollar deposit for 1 year, then the deposit would be given back... AT&T wanted me to give them a $1000 dollar interest free loan for a year and then also pay them for service lines and phones. The person trying to help me was great he called someone for approvals. What amazed me is I offered to purchase the phone outright and pay an entire year of services upfront in order to avoid giving AT&T $1000 dollars of my money to just hold for an entire year. Read moreThe guy activated my phones and sent me on my way in probably 10 min or less. This probably sounds great because who likes to spend over two hours at the cell phone store right? The problem with this is that he didn’t go over any of the billing info/charges. There is a sign on the counter with plan pricing and what you get under each tier. I questioned him about it because it was different from what I saw online. He assured me that was the most up-to-date information. However that was incorrect. I don’t have some of the features I am supposed to have because those plans apparently expired over a month ago according to AT&T customer service.
