I've driven 30 minutes 3 times this week to find 40 people waiting in line 30 minutes before they open, by the time I wait in line and get inside you take the bins away 20 minutes before your closing time and I have 10 minutes to shop. NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS!!
The same 25 people are there all day every day making in close to impossible to allow any new customers in, it's a shame to see a fun place that everybody loves to shop at be ruined by people who spend 8 hours a day every day there.
The hours are horrable, closing for an hour every 3 hours ruins the flow of traffic and restarts with the same people that were inside an hour before.
People need to be limited to how long and how many times a day they can shop, just like every other place of business. I understand this is peoples job to buy and resell, as I do that as well. but its destroying the growth of your business and turning so many customers away from shopping here.
I just wanna be able to shop here for an hour twice a week and the repetitive customers and store hours prevent that.
Also the rush inside is like black friday, no one has any respect for social distancing, bumping shoulders and practically pushing people to get through the mob.
This store has gone downhill and desperately needs to...
Read moreI have been to other pay by the pounds..there is no way you should be allowed to hoard stuff in shopping carts by the wall because they take totes out of bins and grab all the shoes they can then before they leave puts most of them back that someone could have bought and used but left because they had enough of the hoarding...maybe someone should either make them purchase the items within a hour this would probably sell more items and cut down on the people reselling then people who actually come for their families. Plus apparently some of the people who come all the time know the workers there because they refer to them by name..about where to stand and what to buy...yup can we say friends benefits....wally waa the name thrown around today by 3 women even up at the register...way to go Sally you lost at least 4 new people that won't come back because the ones that come daily are allowed to do...
Read moreThere’s definitely an unwritten set of rules you need to adhere to if you want to feel welcomed. But if you’re a newbie, it only takes about half an hour of observation and you’re no longer feeling like a rookie! Went here for the first time when my sister visited (we love thrifting). Definitely would recommend wearing gloves and masks like we did, the bottoms of the bins are kinda filthy but what else would you expect? If you’re all posh and proper and a tad bit snobby, you’ll find this a waste of time. But if you’re like us and love a good hunt for some awesome treasures, you’ll find yourself spending several hours here. It’s a fun experience! Just have some thick skin and be ready for some elbowing! It’s all a part of the...
