Marshalls — Local services in Gorham

I had a woman yell at me and tell me that my daughter was not allowed to try shoes on and walk around one aisle. She made me remove the shoes and was extremely rude. When I asked for the manager, the manager was rude when he came up, his name is Randy he said and “OK I’ll talk to her“ and he didn’t apologize and then I asked for the district manager‘s phone number and he took his time going to get it and then came back and just slapped it in my hand and again didn’t apologize until I asked him if he was going to apologize. I have never been so horribly treated in a store, especially on Mother’s Day. This is just so unacceptable and I tried calling the number that was given to me that was supposedly a district manager‘s phone number and it just kept ringing and ringing, and never went through. What a horrible experience I can’t believe that you don’t allow people to try on shoes in your stores. Which I know you do the woman was just being a rude person. My daughter is one and a half. I had to see how she walked in the shoes, but to be told to remove the shoes in such a manner was so humiliating. and I’m sitting here in your parking lot crying because of how horribly I was treated...

One of the workers kept following me around as if I was gonna shoplift. She never asked if I needed help finding anything, I'd catch her in the next aisle glaring at me. For an hour, all the way to check out. If I go to the check out lane, I'm not shoplifting. Which is so ironic because two other workers in there were picking out clothes for each other while on the job, and saying they'd "mark it all down lower" for each other, and grabbing clothes before the customers could see them. Y'all should focus more on the theft...

This was the best Marshalls I've ever been to! I really enjoyed my time there and going through all the aisles to find such good deals on various items! I got so much that was worth my money. The store was clean and so organized which I appreciated as it made shopping very easy.
