The two gentlemen working tonight (8/18/23 roughly 7:30pm) practically saved my life tonight. The bolts on my windshield wipers came lose during all the rain and I almost got stranded. The tall blonde guy and the other guy with black curly hair were insanely nice, fast and helpful. Tightened the bolts and made sure my wipers worked half an hour before they closed. I wish I grabbed names but I am so incredibly thankful for those two for helping me out last second and for their kindness.

If you want terrible customer service people who are not ambitious to help you in anyway I highly recommend going to the Gorham location. As yesterday I went into purchase some products for my vehicle since they are customer service employees I proceeded to get customer service at the counter and ask a question about a product, the assistant manager Must have misunderstood me and thought I was asking for a left kidney by the way he reacted when I asked him if I could ask a question it was regarding clay compound. He simply said yeah go get the clay bar. It’s over there down the aisle as you can imagine I was a little taken back And proceeded to ask him what it was. I was supposed to do with the product that it was recommending me that I do before putting the ceramic coating on. He again pointed down towards the first aisle as you enter the store and said it’s a clay bar. That is what you need by then it was very clear that he had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I simply walked away in disgust as if I was made to feel like a idiot, I personally am a 42 year-old woman who enjoys washing her car detailing it vacuuming it and keeping my vehicle cleaned after all it’s 2024 and vehicles are not cheap considering I have a brand new Toyota Camry. I take pride in my vehicle unlike the employees who do not take pride in themselves or their work ethic there is no drive to help customers I feel they forget that without customers their store does not stay open and they will be unemployed after walking away beyond mad I went to find a new employee who actually I find out works for the tire department he, unlike the other gentleman could not have been nicer. He went above and beyond to help me he walked over showed me different products And was beyond apologetic for the incident that took place during that time I did ask to speak to a manager, after expressing my frustration and what took place not that long after I was in the store, the manager who I talked to come to find out was the manager of the tire department, not even the store retail part. I’m not surprised because he just like the assistant manager justice could have cared less what I thought and how I was feeling, let me make one thing clear nobody has the right to insult you hurt you make you feel any type of way there were other customers in the store that were clearly uncomfortable. The way the gentleman was treating Me. He may think that I am an idiot as he clearly expressed to his coworkers that I was one as sadly all three of the employees gathered in a huddle. Thought I had exited the store. I am sure they are surprised to find out. I actually was in the store the whole time he was bashing me, and they proceeded to laugh about it and think it wasn’t funny for his insults and slandering me Usually, my anxiety would tell me to walk away and just ignore it. Those days are long gone. I’m not accepting being treated like that from him or anybody else. I simply asked the question about a product that his store is sold. It could’ve been done and over with in three minutes. He has escalated the situation. Insulted me as if I don’t have a clue of what I’m doing and yes, partly maybe that is true. That is why I was looking for some direction from him as to what it was. I was supposed to exactly do as an assistant manager. He should be ashamed of himself. Frustrated is an understatement. He tried to embarrass me, make me feel less then and put me down with insults and laughing as if we are in high school shame on him shame on the manager of that store and anybody else who felt it entertaining that that is the way we are treating customers and people in general. I’m genuinely a friendly easy-going person to be around. I have reached out to a different store location and I’m proceeding and pushing forward with this waiting for a call currently from the regional manager unlike the Gorham location to people on Brighton Avenue could not have been they listened. They had empathy and compassion for...

I hope this jars a few people to do what’s right, I was a customer shopping for an air filter when I overheard something that made me want to intervene and find some way to stop it from happening. As I shopped a young man asked two of the managers( Kyle bowler and some guy named bob) if they could retrieve a set of keys for a vehicle he and his wife owned out in the parking lot, his wife being one who’s an employee of O’Reillys Gorham location. They knew who he was and knew it was ok but turned to him and used rude tone with him and turned their backs and walked away stating “no they wouldn’t get the keys”. They have continuesly gave the delivery driver Natasha problems with harassment because this isn’t my first complaint, I made one before about them openly harassing this young lady and she is a solid employee for them. I know because I order a lot of parts and visit frequently to pick things up. I hope this young lady does something to stop these guys from the nonsense we as customers have seen, and to think the guy that was asking for keys was so irritated with just the attitude that he was going to purchase running lights but because of what happened he decided to go elsewhere for them. I just figured I would say something because if it doesn’t stop it will only get worse, it’s already bad because someone’s already a victim from where I stand. Yours truely...

Came to buy antifreeze as I was running a bit low, had a nice guy help me find it and put it into my car. The car ran fine, then I left about 3 days later to visit family, so the car wasn't running for a while. Came back, turned the car on, and it immediately overheated, and I found that the coolant cap hadn't been replaced, so the system wasn't pressurized. I have since been dealing with absolutely insane coolant usage, as I have gone through an entire gallon of it in the span of less than a month, even though I have checked for air bubbles and made sure the cap was put back on tightly each time. No idea what's happened to it, but I don't think I can trust coming back after that. This could have completely messed up my car, and I am waiting on an appointment with a mechanic to see what actually...
