We were going to rate this place 5 stars, but it was cold and there were no elevators, so 3. Haha, just kidding. Brandon Gap is a great place to leave your vehicle and start your sectional Long Trail hike either North or South. Hike on!

Makkelijk punt om te parkeren en op de long trail te komen. Als je noord gaat kom je na 0.7 mln klimmen een look out tegen. Great cliff. Met mooie uitzichten. Als je verder de trail wilt volgen is dat heen en weer terug. Op de kaart die wij hadden stond het uitkijkpunt cape lookoff Mountain aangegeven en nog verder gillespie peak. Daar er echter nergens bordjes staan heb je geen idee of je er bent. Omgeving verder mooi bos en makkelijk pad. Wij zagen chipmunk en grouse.
