Needed a small job done for a gift and started searching for embroidery specialist in the Goshen In. area . Found HATPLUG.US on line and took a shot and called. Left a message and thought well who knows, today’s business world you feel lucky if someone responds. Got a return call within the hours, explained our needs and he gave us a quote, surprisingly affordable . I took the item to their business and was quite surprised on how big the operation was and how many machines he was running, nothing small about this operation. Now I am thinking it will take a while to get back. Dan reviewed it said a week no longer than 2 . He sent a mock-up of design and color a few days later and less than 24 hrs later he notified us it was ready, timing or whatever we were extremely happy. Better than I ever hoped for! As a gift for my family, I wanted to recreate a t-shirt from my grandfather's long-defunct auto body shop; but the t-shirt image (being so old) didn't exist digitally anywhere, I only had the image on the actual shirt. A friend recommended HATPLUG and I'm so glad she did! Daniel listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were (I wanted all of the original intricate details of the image and I didn't want the original shirt damaged or altered) and took them seriously. His artist was able to recreate the image PERFECTLY and, within a day, I had 10 shirts and a hoodie ready to give to my family.
