I attended this haunt its opening weekend. When you show up to the venue you'll see that it has that, were in the middle nowhere kind of feeling. They have good lighting and darkness throughout walking around. It costs $6 for parking when pulling in. The construction and electrical wiring in the the attraction itself was creative and looked like it was very well put together. Its also family operated. I talked to the dad (sorry terrible with names) and he talked about how this was his sons dream and that they had been working on construction since March. The haunt itself is 20 minutes or so long. Actors were very interactive. Once you finish the haunt they have a store where you can buy little things from kids merchandise to pumpkins. You can also get alcoholic or soft drink beverages i.e wine or soda as well as food. There are games set up and fire pits to sit around. And the museum. I will note that they had heaters all around so you wouldn't get cold nearly as much as you probably would other venues. I'd definitely check it out if your looking for something new for Halloween...

The actors are top-notch, fully committed to giving you a scare while staying in character the whole time. Iāve been to a lot of haunts, but āPlunger Head,ā āKiwi,ā and āFreakā were standout characters for me. Each had a unique personality that added to the chilling experience. Plunger Headās unpredictable antics kept me on edge, Kiwiās energy was next-level creepy, and Freak⦠well, letās just say Freak lives up to the name in the most horrifying way possible.
The outdoor setting also adds a layer of fear that you just canāt replicate indoors. Walking through the woods, never knowing whatās lurking in the shadows, really heightens the thrill. If youāre looking for a place that will give you both a scare and a fun night out, Forsaken Lands is it. 5 stars all the way ā I canāt wait to go...
