I seen them training a young blk girl she seemed to have it together but Sheila just wouldn't let the young lady work I'm a consistent customer Sheila was all over her rudely speaking to her consistently asking her was she intimidated of course I would but she said no just to keep her job the girl would have been a good candidate so I come in the next day and over here Sheila telling a customer they actually bent over the counter she told the women not to tip bad customers service speaking on the new blk woman so I also aver heard she mad the highest tip and Sheila was offended that is so wrong of her the owners need to call that young lady and apologize I will post this everyday I sat and watched them 2 days I play my numbers and tickets I spend a bit of money I can remember the times and day Sheila obviously didn't like that the young lady had good customer service awful just awful you guys need workers like that with ful of energy those old people will continue to run away GREAT WORKERS.... IM NEVER COMING BACK SHEILA OS VERY RUDE...

The owner/cashier was rude. Would not run my card because I was not buying over $5. I looked up the system charge. It would have cost him 9 cent to run my card. Why would you turn down business over 9 cent? I paid cash and left (mind you he gave me a pocket full of dimes in change - thanks bud) but I will most definitely be making my stops across the street from now on. The whole store is not bad, there are a couple of nice ladies who work. Unfortunately one bad apple spoiled the whole experience. They also price gouge. I visit fortune liquors frequently, purchasing advance lotto tickets for up to3 & 4 weeks in advance. I accidentally left my lottery tickets on the counter. I returned the next day asking if my tickets had been found. The owners gave me my tickets with relief & joy that i had returned for them. Theirs is a very pleasant atmosphere.
