GL Robotics — Local services in Graceville

Our experience with GL Robotics has been great. First of all, their personal service has gone above and beyond. They came out to install the boundary wire for the lawnmower we bought on a hot Alabama day in the middle of August and worked for several hours. They answered all my questions and always had a smile. Next, the Ambrogio lawnmower itself has been working as advertised. We had a small glitch in one of them but Greg and his wife immediately came out and had it fixed with no extra charge. I still feel like if I have a problem, they will help me in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend GL Robotics for either their products or their service.

A follow up on this, roughly two years later. We are still happy with our lawnmower, but even more so with GL Robotics continued service. Our neighbors had their lawn aerated and the lawn service crossed into our yard cutting the boundary wire to the Ambrogio lawnmower. I called Greg, the owner of GL Robotics, and he was leaving on holiday the next day. Even though he was leaving the next day, he still helped me out allowing me to get the boundary wire fixed that same day.
