I really wish I would have read previous reviews before choosing this caterer for my wedding. I hate to complain about any service but every time I go back and look at my wedding photos, I’m reminded about the disappointments this business caused. We only chose to serve appetizers at our mid-afternoon wedding, and I will say the food was good. It was the presentation and staffing that was the biggest issue. The display of the food and table linens were not pleasing at all. We were told they would provide the table linens for the food tables, but when they showed up they did not have correct fitting linens, so half of the fold out bare table showed (which I see every time I look at reception pics). The food was also just placed on trays and there was not at all a pleasing presentation of the food (which I expected because this business’s Facebook posts has beautiful food presentations). My reception was only 1.5 hours long in the middle of the afternoon (it was over by 5), and the staff started packing up the food in to-go boxes about an hour into the reception and then set all of the to-go boxes out on the table (another unpleasant view I see every time I look at reception photos - there was a huge kitchen that these boxes could have been in). When asked why they were leaving so early, the staff claimed they were only supposed to be there for X amount of hours but I was never told of an hour limit nor was is it the contract I signed. In addition to packing it very early up very early in the reception, they also went around to each table and picked up and stacked our gold chargers to put away (these chargers were not rented from them) - so there are also pictures of stacked gold chargers beside to-go boxes in our pictures. To end this rant, I was never contacted after the wedding to ask about service. (The owner was not there…which is in no fault of her own, just wish I would have been sent a more reliable staff). I’ve waiting about 3 months to write this review and have tried to talk myself out of it, but it’s just very disappointing when thousands were paid for this...

She was friendly the first few times we spoke. In the end communication was confusing. Sadly we had our time schedule at our venue change unexpectedly, which caused confusion for the vendors. But then there was gonna be an up charge. And one of the staff members didn’t come they showed up for later than the quoted time frame. Luckily, our wedding party was just very close friends and family but lots of them told us they were really disappointing when they found out how much I had paid for the service. They said they wish they would’ve done the event for us instead, because the food was not great. I did reach out to the owner and let her know that we were not happy with the meal and she apologize but unfortunately I paid a lot of money. This is our biggest expense of the entire wedding other than the dress. I wouldn’t recommend this company for a wedding. I hate posting bad reviews but I wanted to let others know. Sadly, even my kids or any of the children they are did not want to eat the macaroni and cheese, which is something that all kids should like. We were told the meat was dry even though the owner insisted that it had to of been super moist and fall off the bone...

My husband and I had our wedding this past October, and we were both extremely pleased with the catering service. The food was exceptional! We received no complaints from our wedding guests; everyone who mentioned it offered compliments. Mrs. Carroll was wonderful! She was diligent in answering all of our questions and made sure she understood what we wanted for our special day. They had another event that day in addition to our wedding, but there was no compromise on quality! Ms. Christina was the one in charge of the catering on the day of our wedding. She was so sweet and did an excellent job. The staff, dressed in all black, looked very professional and did a fantastic job serving and cleaning up.
