I came in the store and told mgr Michelle that I needed to return a damaged product, with a receipt. She said absolutely not in a very rude way, said I could have damaged it. I asked her name and she told me it wasn't any of my business (I heard someone say her name as I walked away), I asked who her boss was, she told me she didn't know, I asked for a district mgrs phonenumber and a store number, she told me she didn't know phone number and wrote down 123456 as the store number. She cursed at me when I said DG would be able to return to manufacturer for credit and then proceeded to follow me around the store as my husband and I shopped, literally watching us. I was humiliated beyond measure and in no way did I deserve to be treated so poorly just because I purchased a defective item.
