We highly recommend Daniel and Orvotto Offroad! We purchased a used 15 ram 3500 and shortly after it threw a DEF code. Had it checked at a local dodge dealership and they told us the DEF pump needed to be replaced. $2100+ and over a week to complete. Our ELD was still pulling a code so we took it back, I had unplugged the ELD before dropping it off. When they called they said that the problem was the after market equipment and that they unplugged it to plug in their machine and it was no longer showing the code. $300+ kicker is they didn’t unplug anything, it was already unplugged as I mentioned above. We had another incident where I pushed in the emergency brake and popped a hanging cord. Plugged it back in but was concerned about the check engine light issue. We were recommended to Daniel by another mechanic we spoke to. Within 24 hrs of having the truck he found that the actual issue was an after market remote start installed on the truck. It had been “Jerry rigged” and spliced all of the place causing electrical issues… a great and honest price to correct. We have been coming to Orvotto ever since.10/10...

Customer service is less than acceptable. I recently got my truck back from an insurance claim and I am at a service center getting an alignment. Front right tire rubs when turning right and didn't prior. 7 months later, less than satisfactory. I'm not even gonna waste my time attempting to get Daniel on the phone. Tires were not inflated to the proper pressure or even for that matter. Looks like this shop great with lift kits, maybe stick with what you're good with 👌 update, another shop found a bolt completely missing from a front shock.

Since I can't respond to whatever that us you came back with, I told you I needed a notice and let's not exaggerate on how often I called.... also you never called me when the truck was compelete...complete.... pretty sure an insurance claim implies the truck was wrecked. Maybe you should hire someone to deal with your customers as you lack...

Daniel and his Tech’s are the best I have ever seen. I have used other shops for builds. But Daniel and his staff are superior to all others. This is the third vehicle I have let him build. Daniel specializes in custom builds and made a hidden winch plate for my 2025 Chevy Tahoe with a front hitch point. No other parts supplier had a plate for a hidden winch for the 2025 Tahoe. So, Daniel fabricated and installed it! The install looks like it came factory with it. Absolutely fantastic work. I trust them with my vehicles. They are honest and great people to deal with. Beautiful welding that they do. Great off road builds for Trucks, Jeeps or any off road vehicle....
