We started shopping for mattresses and asked for recommendations on a Blue Springs, MO Facebook group. The number of other customer's commenting recommending Valley Mattress Company made it apparent that we needed to go in and look at what they had! We contacted them and Jeremy was readily available to bring us in(same day) and look at the mattresses that they carry. After spending about an hour in their store, we were able to choose a mattress they had that we really liked and was reasonably priced! The customer service Jeremy provided was outstanding. Typical sales people will push you to buy a specific mattress and let me tell you, Jeremy did not push. That's the best salesperson you can ask for. :) He was able to walk us through the differences and overall we had a great experience with them. This company is locally owned and operated by an amazing husband and wife team. They go above and beyond to assist the customers in their community, even going as far as opening the store during non business hours to help accommodate my insane work schedule. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and answered all questions I had during the process. They stick to their offer of same day delivery, even though that meant they would be working late. To accommodate my schedule, they delivered, and set up the furniture at my home at 8:30pm. At first I thought making an appointment to shop for a mattress was kind of strange. After spending time with Jeremy and Darci, I realized how relaxed it was and nice they encouraged me to lie down on the mattress for a while so we really know what feels the best. Since we also picked out a recliner and love seat, we had Valley Mattress Company deliver it all. My wise neighbor told me you won’t know if a mattress is right until you sleep on it a few nights. That time has passed and I can honestly say this extremely affordable mattress is more comfortable than anything I’ve slept on at 10x the price.
