David's — Local services in Granbury

I'll finally stop shopping here. Got moldy cheese from this location. Ruined our whole meal. That's after going back because they forgot to bag some of our items. It isn't the first time our family had received bad products from this store.

On top of rotten food being sold, last week the manager "chuck" has just totally ignored me when I was waiting to check out and was totally rude about it. It already takes forever to check out at this store. When I finally got him and his 2 employees attention he told me to wait and proceeded to finish his long drawn out conversation. When I brought it up to him today he says that didn't happen but he'll replace my moldy food, I'm guessing with more rotten food?

I'm not gonna lie, I lost my cool. Never going back. There are better prices and cleaner stores in...

Edited; I quit going for milk, a gallon is 3.75 and the same gallon at Walmart, Krogers and Heb is 1.77, what is wrong with that picture. Edited; I went back a few times. I can still say the customer service is great but the prices are very difficult to swallow. I mean I know it is a small store but it is owned by a very large chain so I know they still buy their supplies a very large discount. Now I will only go for like milk or beer. I will go back to ordering grocery pickup at Wal-Mart and just drive the six or so miles to pick it up. Customer service was excellent. I had a small problem with my card and register too with Kathy today and she publicly embarrassed and shamed me and told me I should have that stuff figured out before I come in the store. I’m sorry things are tight right now. I had to move some money that I was unaware of, but there’s no need for you to be rude of me and publicly shame me in front of other people. I will never be back there never and I come there every day I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 15 years and then the manager acted like I was wrong I will never ever be back there, and I will be contacting any corporate office.
