My kids and I had the absolute best experience with the crew at Snow Mountain Sports at the YMCA: Nick, Anthony, Jackie and Echo. They were fun and professional. We were tired and a little hangry when we go there and they worked w us. My kids each received cool mountain names and I think my son had the best quote: my sister really did not want to go skiing but thanks to Nick and Anthony ("Mr Ski and Mr Snowboard - aka The Snow Bros") she got excited and now I get to snowboard for the first time!!! My son believes he got the coolest board in the shop and daughter says "Mr Snowboard made sure I had the most purply stuff in the shop". This was an absolutely horrible experience getting my snowboard gear for a day at Winter Park. The reservation email you receive has absolutely ZERO guidance on how the process works or where their location and partner location are, etc. The response I received from both the owner an employee when I called and asked for help was to hurry up and get off the phone because they were busy. Who says that to a customer especially when I'm just asking for help in a polite manner? All I can say is this is the worst customer service I've ever received and they only stay in business because of the high demand for rentals. Would highly recommend you rent from Snow Mt Sports! Walter was beyond helpful with making accommodations and reservations by phone. Kasey greeted us with a smile and was quick with paperwork, Jessie got our family fitted and out the door and on the slopes super fast. Cole helped with a quick exchange and return of equipment!
