I stopped by Audio Impact in Grand Haven to see my options for a vintage receiver and discuss their vintage audio repair and sales services. After chatting for just a few minutes, Andy actually offered to come to my house to review my current stereo setup. I had Audio Impact install my whole house, audio system and a home theater audio system 20 years ago, and it still sounds incredible! The only piece I’ve ever replaced, was the power conditioner box in the home theater, which died because of a power surge about 12 years after installation. Audio Impact guided me through the process and installed the new one. About 10 years ago I had them add speakers in the ceiling of the garage, which was easy to do since AI pre-wired the ceiling when the house was built. Terrible customer service! They didn't listen to my requests when they were installing my system. I also have a pile of cords in my built ins I had to pay them for and they aren't hooked up to anything?!

They won't come over to give me a demo on my system, Didn't hook up one of my DVD Players, Didn't run a power cord for my sound bar, a almost $300.00 universal remote works sporadically!
