I wanted to pass on a review for the group at Americold in Grand Island NE. We deliver there at least once a week and can only wish that we had a group like them at ever delivery we do all over the United States. Suzanne and her crew that works with her are the BEST at what they do. They have always treated us like we were the only customer, even though there are many trucks getting the same service. They have never turned us away or made us feel like we were a burden. Suzanne you and the crew there at Americold are VERY valuable asset to your company. I was really surprised when I saw the comments about fast loading and friendly staff. Because we experienced the exact opposite today.Even though we were at the office at 2.30, they made us wait at the door until 8.30 and unfortunately, 6.5 hours of our time were wasted thanks to them.They stole from us the 6.5 hours we needed to rest.And why did they make us set off without sleep?In the documents they gave us, they had doctored our check-in time and made it look like they had us out in 40 minutes.I can document all of what I said.Definitely a company I would never want to cross...

Pallets delivery starts 10 pm. Wasn't been told when I was checked in at 4 pm . receiving office took my bill and said it'll be a while cuz they don't have a door. I got at 6:15.
