We booked the 5 hour tour for 8 people in late December (4 adults and 4 kids, ages 17,14, 14 and 11). The time we spend there was the highlight of our 3 day vacation. It was so neat how when we pulled up the dogs start howling in excitement for company. You can see how much Joel loves his dogs. His dogs are very friendly but do like to jump on you, so be ready for hugs. Our first hour was spent learning about the dogssledding and hooking up the dogs. The next 3 hours we took turns standing on the back sled or riding up front. The last hour was spent unhooking the dogs and snuggling with them more. He has a heated room to change winter clothes and a nice bathroom. I would definitely recommend...
