Dollar General — Local services in Grand Ridge

Grand ridge, if i could give 0 stars, in a heartbeat i would. Just called this morning little after opening. (7:30 ish) Wanting to see if they had drinks in stock for the weekend. (4th july) I called 4 times. Grand ridge. 4 times. Does anyone work here? I know the store is open at 7am. It doesn't seem like it. Last time I went, the manager was rude and didn't seem to care that she even worked there. that was 3 months ago. I should have called the DM but I wanted to give them a second chance. Just bought a gallon of milk there. Still had a week in the date. Got it home and it was spoiled. I called them. The lady I talked to was nice and offered a replacement when the next delivery arrives.

Edit: Came back the next day, different woman told me there was no note about it, and that I had to bring the nasty, smelly, spoiled gallon of milk back. I was pissed and started to just walk out without the milk, but she told me to take it, though she obviously didn't want to. They need to communicate better. I won't return, and will recommend to others that they avoid...

The Dollar General in Sneads has definitely had it's ups and downs over the years. However, I have to give them praise right now because I don't think that store has ever been as clean and well stocked as it is now for years. The employees are very polite and so helpful. I have to give kudos to one specific employee there now and that's Chrissy. She is always smiling, laughing, and in a great mood every time I see her there. I stopped shopping at this location for a while for many reasons but I will definitely be visiting that store...
