Texas Quality Furniture — Local services in Grand Saline

I loved their furniture and demo at Canton. I went and picked out furniture at the store which was an hour away . Later the man in store was very rude over the phone to me multiple times and insisted on payment. When time to have furniture delivered the man told me 3 days of possible delivery and on 3rd day of no word then I called to find I was not on schedule but the owner made sure it was delivered late that night. Unaware but no set up or that would be extra. I was immediately unhappy with the furniture and tried to call multiple times and to find out I spent all this money and they don’t care about customer satisfaction because rudely I was told all sales are final even though they have been paid in full and not all furniture has even come in. I have left multiple messages for owner to call us and for one week not one return call. Bad business!!!! I ordered this furniture at end of August and furniture was delivered in November and one piece hasn’t even come in yet!...

We purchased some furniture last sat and from start to delivery this family owned business was one of the best places I have done business with . They were so friendly , informative , was not trying to sale me on anything , gave us a discount without us having to haggle with them on price . Their son delivered the furniture a day later and was so friendly and helpful . I will be buying from them for sure...

I came into this location searching for a living room set. The gentleman was very patient and allowed me to take my time. I had my small children with me and he turned on a movie for them so I was able to look around. If they do not have what you are looking for on the showroom floor, they are able to order it for you.
