I'm thankful to find Valley Wide Co-op available for residential propane service in the Tri-Cities. Out of the blue, our bill from a national propane company went up by 3x in August 2021, and I began looking for alternatives. I came across Valley Wide on Google, and gave them a call. James was super helpful, and set me up with a very reasonable residential propane plan. The tank was installed last week, and it's a new tank, with a working gauge, unlike the one that the other company installed at our house a few years ago. We are very happy to finally deal with a company that handles things locally, and seems to care about service as a priority. I would recommend VWC propane to anyone that needs propane delivered. We are currently building our home and had been struggling to find a propane provider. Other places were to expensive or had phony extra fees. VWC propane opened our account and made our delivery with in 2 -3 days from the day I called and spoke with Bob. Everyone in customer service is professional and friendly.I was very pleased and happy with the way they answer all my questions and explained their services and pricing. This company was great to work with. We were having a new propane fireplace installed and needed a propane tank. Like other reviewers it was a challenge finding one until I found this company. The tank was delivered quickly. After the fireplace installation was completed, they came out and hooked up the tank to the new piping, started the bbq and the fireplace.
