On our weekly weekend trips we are greeted with a smile by a group of friendly team members, even at 2 am they are always happy to work with us. Carolyn Gonzalez who works in the CRO office checks us in and helps us with any issues we may have, Mario Mendoza on the receiving dock performs with efficient unloading times, with very quick turnarounds!

WOW, I just drove over 1,200 miles with a load through Rain, Wind, Ice, and Snow for days to get to Walmart's Grandview Distribution Center in Wa. The weather made me miss my appointment time and I was dead tired as I pulled up to the security check in point. what a nice surprise the security staff greeted me as I explained situation. They could have done like most do and just send me away to make another appt. but they went up and beyond and said let me make a call. They contacted the dock MGR Mario Mendosa and he explained the staff had all ready gone home but I could check in early in the morning and he would have his staff unload me first out. WOW that was nice and it would keep me on schedule for my next load. And it doesn't stop there the check office CRO Carolyn and Christina were just as helpful, extremely fast and professional. Another thing that I liked was how they were very serious about the safety of the employees and explained all the procedures necessary to make a smooth transaction in a safe manner. I deliver to a lot of companies and this Walmart has to be one of finest and best run Distribution Centers I have ever delivered to.

Had a appointment time at 3:00pm arrived by 3:30 not worrying about it knowing Walmart’s policy. No more then a hour late or early. I get into a dock and they start unloading. 6 hours passed and in those six hours they just stopped unloading me. I asked the status on my load trying to stay calm because I had to do a 34 hour reset and still get s life going back home. I’m told because the lates have to get worked in when it is a high volume on the receiving side. First of all. I was a half hour late that doesn’t weigh out 6-7 hours, there were barley any trucks here, your guys started unloading me then just stopped and left me sitting here, and I’m told oh your pretty much gonna be here all night. You guys must forget trucker have a time clock. And to the other trucks here as long as I was you mean to tell me they all have to sit this long? Seems like it don’t matter if we were on time or not you guys are screwing up. I never spent more then two hours at a Walmart. This one has to be the worst I ever been too makes no sense. Get it together Walmart definitely won’t be coming here anytime soon if anytime...
