Berry's Blooms — Local services in Granger Township

A prior experience left us hesitant to go back, but after stewing on it for several years and wanting to support the owner because we're not heartless, we went back.

Second time was a great experience. The owner is very aware of what is going on in his store and makes sure you know your presence is appreciated.

His workers were all great and we even had someone get the door for us when we came in and left.

The prices are reasonable and the quality of goods is great. We spent over 130 dollars and didn't feel like our money was wasted.

The owner definitely deserves your patronage. He's battled health issues and is a good guy, based on observing him for almost an hour.

I wouldn't change a 1 star to 5 stars if I didn't feel his store deserved it.

World class experience around...

I stopped by this store today 8/30 around 3 PM with my mom and sister, and wow… what a disappointment. The second we walked in, a middle-aged woman in a green T-shirt and dark jeans basically pounced on us with a forced “hi, what can I help you with?” before we even had a chance to look around. And instead of actually giving us space to shop, she spent the rest of the time glaring at us like we were suspicious or didn’t belong there. It was creepy, uncomfortable, and honestly insulting.

If this is their idea of “customer service,” they need a reality check. My mom had been here about a year ago and raved about how lovely the experience was clearly the bar has fallen straight into the basement since then. After today, there is absolutely no way I’d spend a single dime...

I can’t thank Berry’s Blooms enough for their speedy work on Mothers Day. I gave them a “very” last minute order (maybe 45 minutes) of 36 individually wrapped/watered flowers, for all of the female residents at a local assisted living facility. Their prices were extremely fair and they even threw in a couple extra flowers in case I miscounted (which, of course, I did). I never knew this gem existed until today but I will be a returning customer for many years to come. So many tears from the very appreciative residents. I wish I could share photos but for privacy reasons I can not. Thank you for helping me make their day a little more...
