I would give them a star because of they have poor management and staff they don't know how to handle a situation I spend 800.00 dollars a month at this store I purchased a 20.00 can of menudo the cashier forgot to pack in in my bags I noticed and called right away the owners son answered the call he said yea it's right here I said I'll pick it up tomorrow he didn't say come before a certain time I imagine he would of asked my name number and logged it down for the next shift well when I went the owners daughter was there she had no clue and was acting like I was lying and the cashier that attended me was there and so was she both didn't remember that's a poor way to handle that so they kept 20.00 extra for thier store imagine how many times this happens thier...
