I'll give 2 stars because they seem to have a wide selection of items for rent and for this area that's needed. However, the individual that I have always interacted with has been rude and unkind 95% of the time. He has also been rude to my wife. Treats us like he does not care to have our business. I have asked coworkers, who are from the area, who he was and they did not know. A coworker looked it up on GET AQUAINTED and it appears to be John Whyte. I've also had coworkers who have said the same thing about this person. I will continue to go there as they have cornered the market in Grangeville on equipment rental but I'd prefer to deal with someone else, if anyone else is ever there. Hope he reads this and decides to change his attitude towards...

Great experience under the new ownership. They answered the phone, gave me multiple options, and got me pricing in no time. I did a one day rental on a skid steer and tilt trailer. Everything worked just fine and the one day rental policy of dropping it off within 24hrs of pickup instead of end of day was really nice so that we could use it into the evening and not worry about getting it back same day....

The guy was an rude and unhelpful, asked about a cement mixer and the guy knew absolutely nothing about it and told me he don't care about customer service satisfaction.
