Farm Fresh — Local services in Granite City

I love the store and I love the people that work there they are so sweet and nice and always make sure that you are always helped with anything that you need finding anything in the store or if they don't have it they will try to see if they can order it for you so they go above and beyond for their customers. So it is a really good store to go to and get your things especially the fountain sodas are the best in granite City hands down. I know everybody won't agree with me on it but I know there's a lot of us farm fresh people out there that love our farm fresh sodas. When you guys raise the prices on merchandise, don’t forget to remove the tags for the old lower prices. It really cause issues when you live on a fixed income they try and charge you the higher price. Needless to say they refuse to let me make the purchase for the lower price so I DID NOT purchase anything nor will I ever purchase anything from you guys again. You can also take the time out to teach your employees how to treat customers. I just may have went ahead and made that purchase and continue to come to your store but not going to happen. Horrible experience. Ex-employee, and I hated it here, as both a customer and an employee. Owner constantly ditches other employees, make unnecessary changes, and doesn’t tell anyone, and gets mad when no one follows them. He doesn’t listen to ANYONE, employees or customers. He refuses to put prices on any items, despite constant feedback from customers. Other employees are nice, but the owner is horrible. And did I mention the giant hole in the back storage room, that’s been there for MONTHS, and he hasn’t done anything about it?
