I don't even know where to start but I guess I will start with the fact that Katie the salesperson we worked with is absolutely amazing she helped us find a mattress that fit all of our Needs & Wants and most importantly our budget not only that but Katie is not just an amazing salesperson, Katie is just an absolutely amazing person in general! Another plus is they work with all kinds of different financing companies so whether you have good credit or bad credit they will do their very best to find a way for you to get approved for financing if you don't have the money to buy what you need right then and there which is absolutely amazing because we were in such dire need of a mattress and we didn't have the money to buy one outright so after working with us we were able to get approved so we could get what we needed right then and there. Another plus about their financing is you can apply online at home before you go and you'll get an answer immediately so you know if you're approved and if you are approved how much you are approved for! They also have a great selection of mattresses so anyone who's looking for a mattress if you walk in there you're going to find the right mattress for you and for an extremely great price! They also do delivery so if you don't have a way to pick up your furniture if they can deliver it to you for an extra fee which was also super helpful! We have had our mattress now for about 5 days and we are extremely happy me and my husband have not slept on a more comfortable mattress in our entire lives, no joke. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and also some other health issues that affect my sleep and how I feel in the morning when I wake up and my husband sweats really bad at night because he has sleep apnea so when we got her mattress the first night we slept on it I woke up the next morning and a little bit of pain from where I was sleeping on a brand new mattress but then the next morning I woke up and was able to get out of bed with no issues whatsoever and no pain and my husband since we got our mattress has not had any issues with sweating at all!!! We got the luxury mattress which was the most expensive mattress of the store but even still you can't beat the price! We are so thankful that kitty was able to help us get a mattress that is finally allowing us to get a good night's rest after years and years of not being able to sleep well and waking up in horrible pain we are finally able to sleep through the night and wake up with no pain and like I said in my husband's case no sweat! I literally cannot say thank you enough. We will definitely be referring family and friends to you guys and we will definitely be back whenever we need any furniture! Buyer beware!! This store is trash! They delivered a broken couch to my home, the 2 recliners on my sectional didn’t open up and the wood was broken (you couldn’t even sit on the couch). I called the same day to report it, I was told the manager/owner would call me back (never did). I called the next day (was told the same thing), I called 2 days later and was told the same thing for the 3rd time. 2 months later I received a call from a new store employee asking about payment and I asked for her to let the store owner know I wasn’t making anymore payments until he calls me back about the demolished furniture that was delivered to me. The store owner refused to call me back in my 6 years. I have a creditor coming after me, I just wanted this store to make it right and they didn’t but they got paid by the credit company unfortunately. Real dirtbag business.

Reply: I could be wrong about the employee calling about the payment, it may have been the debt collector but I did call your store at least 6 times and you never returned my phone call. The couch stayed in my living room for a few months before I finally took it to the dump because you literally couldn’t sit in it. Your delivery guys wouldn’t even stick around for me to unbox it real quick to check for damages. I may be wrong about one thing that I originally said but the rest of it is the truth. The worst experience every, but taught me a lesson. I needed a bed frame came in to the store and the guy was sleep on the couch. I told him I need a queen bed frame and he told me it was a full/queen frame. They didn't have the frame in stick at the location, but the warehouse was down the street I could follow or come pick it up the next day since he is the one that delivers i can come pick it up from the store the next day. The next day I came, he was sleep again and my frame wasn't there and I still had to drive down to the warehouse. I get home the frame is too small and I try and exchange it the next day there is a sign on the door that says be back in a second. I come in the next day and sa worker says he can't exchange this cause its been opened. I say let me speak with the guy that sold it or a manager. He says the owner lives in Indiana and he won't exchange it. I said let me get the manager and he tells me I been working here a month I know all the rules and you're not getting anything. I don't care this ain't my store. Lesson learned!...
