Hanggliding is an exhilarating experience, and the views during a FlyTexas excursion are breathtaking! Jeff, the FlyTexas founder, takes you up for either 30 or 45 minutes depending on your preference. The Fall 2022 rates were $150 for 30 min and $250 for a mile high 45-min flight. Note that discounts are available if you go in a group of two or go on a weekday. Jeff has decades of experience hanggliding, so you'll be in good hands! My flight was as smooth as it gets. We went flying with Fly Texas today and had an incredible experience! Jeff was so knowledgeable and calm (which helped with my nerves). He made the entire experience so fun, and enjoyable. Had a great time flying the trike with Jeff on a Saturday morning. It was an amazing view of The Colorado River, Lake LBJ, and the Marble Falls area while seeing landmarks such as Horseshoe Bay Resort and the Dam.
