I called to see about buying an item for a birthday gift and was very displeased with the experience. She answered the phone in a very unfriendly manner and continued the conversation acting as though my calling was bothersome. I was hoping we could work something out for picking up the item as I live hours from her shop and her hours conflicted with my work schedule. I get not wanting to or being able to come in on your days off but she responded by cutting me off and being very rude, telling me she wouldn’t work with me at all as she has better things to do. I feel as though coming in for 10 minutes on a day she doesn’t work would not have been ridiculous or that much of a hassle but clearly it was. I ended up buying nothing as I will not support a business who doesn’t care for their customers. The only time she acted friendly was when I was about to buy the item which shows me she sees customers as nothing more than a sale. My daughters friend recently passed away in a car accident so we ordered some angel wings. I went down to pick them up only to find out she was about 20 miles off of I five in the boondocks at a personal residence. No cell phone service, no answer, and the place was gated. She refused to refund me my money or ship my product even if I was willing to pay for shipping. She is not somebody want to do business with. Very long, out of the way, drive for poor customer service. Been trying to reach someone for several weeks now to have them finally answer a flat “hello” wasn’t sure if I even had the right place. Once we finally made it to the front door, the woman was very abrupt and rude. The gentleman in the back seemed friendly and positive. A couple items were unique and although very over priced, special. But most everything else could be found at hobby lobby at a much more reasonable price.
