I can't believe how terribly they are treating people who come in for propane . The new owners are terrible or at least the workers that they have there are terribly rude and don't care about us coming in to buy propane . They treat us like we don't matter and serve us last no matter if we get there first what kind of service is that. What happened to first come first serve ? That's the way it should be. Absolutely Shameful . We have lived very close to this store for years and have enjoyed this store until it got new owners . We sure hope they fix these types of issues or they're going to lose a lot of money and business as we are not the only ones unhappy 😭 with them and their lack of service . If you don't like doing the propane then don't forget it .or have another person on staff to take care of the gas and propane . I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding one of your cashiers, Janice. On multiple occasions over the past week, I have experienced unusually long delays at checkout due to extended conversations she has with customers. While I understand this is a small town and many people know one another, these conversations often take an excessive amount of time and hold up the line.

After a long day of work, I—and I’m sure many other customers—simply want to complete purchases quickly and head home. Unfortunately, this repeated experience has been frustrating enough that I’ve considered shopping at other locations, even though your store is more convenient.

I would kindly suggest reminding her to balance friendliness with efficiency, so customers who are in a hurry are not delayed. I truly value having a local store nearby and hope this concern can be addressed.

Update 2022- still great. The only store for at least 8 miles and they were open Thanksgiving day.

Wimer Market is great! As you set foot in the store the aroma is amazing. Fried chicken hit me first. They make pizza, chicken, jojos and much more.

The folks that run it are friendly and really busy. It's non stop people for quick in and out stuff.

Depending on what direction you come to it from it looks awkward to get into. If you're out in Rogue River and need anything from from fresh vegetables to fried chicken -please- give this local...
