In all my dealings with her, I found her to be a very no-nonsense artisan and very business-like; she was also very respectful of my desires, and very helpful in choosing the right fabric, and very persistent with her dealers in making sure the fabric was available. Becky did a wonderful job on our 8 foot sofa and our love seat...they look as good as new. She re-padded the cushions and fixed a spring that had sprung. AND, she works very quickly...turn around time approx. a week or so!! Amazing. Use HER...she knows whaat...
