Outer Limits Liquor — Local services in Great Bend

Only giving one star because my car broke down early morning and the manager left a note on my car saying “no parking.” Why the hell would I just randomly park my car in the middle of nowhere unless I absolutely had to??? It broke down, and I managed to get it moved that same afternoon.
