Holistic Releaf by Design - Great Falls Dispensary — Local services in Great Falls

I was recommended this dispensary in Black Eagle by a good freind, and was hesitant to go at first because I drive such a long way to get to Great Falls. I've been very happy where I've been going the last few years but decided to give Holistic Releaf a try, and man I am absolutely glad that I did. The dispensary itself, and a very kind and knowledgeable young man named Brandon far exceeded my expectations. Brandon made me feel like a very valued guest and not just another customer. He took the time to explain many things to me that I otherwise would never have known, and as I stated, he was incredibly kind and patient throughout with all my questions. This dispensary has excellent products, but I absolutely have to credit Brandon for gaining me as a new customer permanently. I've been going here for quite some time now, maybe a couple of years but don't quote that. Hands down my favorite spot, locally. Keep in mind while reading this review: I purchase through the Medical side, not Recreational.

They offer top-notch quality flower and concentrate. I'm personally a fan of their THC/CBD capsules, but have yet to try more in the way of edibles. I'm optimistic that it will be just as good as everything else. Many locals rave about their edibles. Pricing is reasonable, with varying options and a great loyalty program.

Customer service is more than commendable. Will is awesome; very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Trevis most recently helped me on 05/09/2022; very pleasant to work with and patient in deciphering my needs.

Man we absolutely love this place!!!! They always have great deals and products paired with out of this world customer service!!! Everyone employee is just amazing but if you’re in there ask for Brandon he’ll treat you like family and direct you to stellar choices! I mean you can’t go wrong at this place you really can’t! We live out of town so we buy to last a while, so we always get a bunch of stuff and make it hard literally every time but they are always so patient, kind, and just help us as much as possible making sure we fill up our limits all the way. I could go on and on but don’t take my word for it, go see Brandon and he’ll hook it up!!!
